Start-of-year detox: chicken broth <\/strong><\/p>\n

Nutritious, comforting and remineralizing, chicken broth is a powerful ally for our bodies.<\/p>\n

it is rich in the amino acids the body needs for muscle mass and bone construction and repair. As a result, it is particularly appreciated by people with high protein requirements, such as athletes, pregnant women and convalescents.<\/p>\n

It also has a high concentration of vitamin B. It’s also a mineral bomb (calcium, magnesium, silicon and phosphorus).<\/p>\n

By simmering for a long time, the bone demineralizes and releases all the minerals into the broth. This effect is enhanced by the addition of cider vinegar during cooking.<\/p>\n

1 chicken carcass, 2 carrots, 1 large parsnip, 2 celery stalks, a few leek greens, 3 shitake mushrooms, 2 peeled garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 2 tablespoons organic cider vinegar ? 1 bunch chopped flat-leaf parsley<\/p>\n

Place all ingredients (except chopped parsley and diced shitakes) in a pan of cold water and cook (gently) for 3 hours.<\/p>\n

Filter. Add the parsley and shitakes. Ready to enjoy!<\/p>\n
