Als voedingsadviseur, Pilates-coach en ontspanningsenthousiasteling kan ze het niet laten om haar ervaring te delen.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"block-yui_3_17_2_1_1653467743636_17821\" class=\"sqs-block html-block sqs-block-html\" data-block-type=\"2\">\n<div class=\"sqs-block-content\">\n<p class=\"\">Nu we de wintermaanden ingaan en het nieuws ons eraan herinnert dat virussen en seizoensgebonden epidemie\u00ebn op de loer liggen, laten we eens praten over wat ons kan helpen om deze bedreigingen het hoofd te bieden&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Wist je dat je immuniteit voor een groot deel afhangt van de<\/strong> <strong>kwaliteit van je darmmicrobiota (ook wel darmflora genoemd)<\/strong> <strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Isabelle herinnert ons eraan dat deze darmmicrobiota bestaat uit zo&#8217;n 10.000 miljard bacteri\u00ebn die ons lichaam helpen beschermen tegen ongewenste stoffen. Door een barri\u00e8re-effect: door zich aan ons darmslijmvlies te hechten, voorkomen deze bacteri\u00ebn dat ziekteverwekkende micro-organismen de darm koloniseren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Het is daarom belangrijk om onze microbiota te verwennen, die kan veranderen door veroudering, maar ook door te veel suiker te eten, antibiotica te slikken, te roken, stress of zelfs&#8230; intensief te sporten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Om voor onze &#8216;goede&#8217; bacteri\u00ebn te zorgen, kunnen we pre- en probiotica gebruiken. Om het te begrijpen: als we de microbiota vergelijken met een gazon, zijn de prebiotica de mest en de probiotica de zaden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Prebiotica zijn daarom belangrijk om de goede bacteri\u00ebn in de microbiota te voeden. Ze zitten in voedingsmiddelen die rijk zijn aan oplosbare vezels, zoals granen en peulvruchten, en in veel fruit en groenten. Voedingsmiddelen die rijk zijn aan omega-3, zoals vette vis, worden ook beschouwd als prebiotica. Polyfenolen, gevonden in aardappelen, uien, pure chocolade&#8230; hebben ook een positieve invloed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Probiotica zijn vaak melkzuurbacteri\u00ebn die de microbiota helpen versterken. Het komt van nature voor in verschillende voedingsmiddelen (yoghurt, lacto-gefermenteerde groenten zoals zuurkool, etc.) of in voedingssupplementen. Het is een beetje zoals het reserveteam in het voetbal! Deze supplementen worden maximaal 3 maanden ingenomen. Voor de beste resultaten neem je ze in bij de maaltijd en vermijd je combinatie met voedsel dat te heet is. Er is een kwaliteitslabel (ESLP) dat je kan helpen de juiste probiotica te kiezen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Andere stoffen hebben ook een positief effect op de microbiota, zoals curcumine en shiitake-extract. Deze geurige paddenstoel uit Azi\u00eb stimuleert de natuurlijke afweer van het lichaam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">En last but not least, vergeet de kostbare vitamine D niet, die van oktober tot april moet worden ingenomen en gecombineerd met een dieet dat rijk is aan magnesium om de werking ervan te versterken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Ook goed om te weten: microbiota be\u00efnvloedt de stemming.
